Job Description

We are looking for a Designer with experience in digital design to collaborate in developing strategic communication materials and UI/UX projects. We need someone creative, detail-oriented who enjoys working in a young, dynamic and collaborative environment in Viana do Castelo. We seek collaboration to meet occasional but essential needs, which can be realized as freelance work or through membership in the cooperative, depending on mutual interest.

Areas of Contribution

• Develop visual materials such as pitch decks, proposals, institutional presentations and other graphic materials to support strategic communication
• Design and develop interface layouts focused on user experience (UX)
• Support the production of visual content for campaigns and internal projects
• Collaborate in defining graphic identity and visual alignment of projects

Requirements

• Professional experience between 3 to 5 years in graphic design, UX or related areas
• Mastery of digital design tools (e.g.: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with Discord platform

We also value

• Experience in interface design for web or mobile applications
• Ability or willingness to mentor and guide junior designers
• Knowledge in editorial design and visual communication
• Portfolio with relevant examples (UX and communication materials)
