Activity Description

We are looking for a Marketeer with experience in digital marketing and corporate communication to support the cooperative's strategy and internal projects. We seek someone with strategic thinking, curiosity to experiment with different formats, and who feels comfortable articulating text, image and digital channels in a collaborative environment in Viana do Castelo. Requires experience in digital marketing, social media management and content production.

Contribution Areas

• Plan and execute marketing and communication actions
• Create and edit content for digital channels and institutional materials
• Support the construction and maintenance of the cooperative’s brand identity and associated projects
• Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Collaborate on internal and community communication initiatives related to the cooperative and technological ecosystem

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communication, brand management or related areas
• Excellent command of Portuguese (spoken and written) and good communication skills in English
• Ability to write clear texts adapted to different audiences
• Organization, autonomy and ability to work in a team
• Familiarity with digital productivity and communication tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Discord or equivalents)

We Also Value

• Experience in copywriting, institutional communication or technical writing
• Basic knowledge of SEO and writing for digital media
• Portfolio or samples of previous work
